At Embrace Mental Health, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to a need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To ensure we can provide high-quality care to all clients and manage our schedules effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
